Alice is an advisor to this impact investment fund, focused on improving the lives and livelihoods of farmers in Africa. She is on the Technical Assistance Committee, which identifies ways to enhance the viability and impact of agricultural operations. A particular focus is on supporting the access of small farmers to training, agricultural inputs and markets that will enable them to increase their incomes and move out of the cycle of poverty.
